The United States Army is an organization that enlists young men and women into the service who range in age between 17 and 40 years of age for well over 150 careers. Soldiers learn valuable skills both related to their career fields as well as necessary skills for survival on the battle field. Our organization was established to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies both foreign and domestic. The Army’s Human Resource department begins with the recruiter. Each recruiter is trained to select and recruit qualified applicants for the Regular Army and Army
