This act was in reprisal for idolatry and failure to recognize God as who He is. So we have god as the causal connection to acts, which they condemn! This does not make sense. Why would god cause men and women to engage in acts that were not of their nature as a punishment for ignoring his goodness?” (Simpson, Bruce J.) Homosexuals are created in the image of god. In Genesis 1:26-27, God says, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness.” God is an all-loving God, and he would not allow his children to “choose” homosexuality. Would we limit god in his capacity to create his children to only what man believes to be correct? (Simpson, Bruce J.)
God love all his children even when they sin. Sins are forgiving, when you ask for forgiveness. So called christians will judge a homosexual for being in the house of god when it’s not their place to judge, It’s God’s. “ The Love and acceptance of god must be brought to all people. The prejudice and hatred of the christian right must be rejected and fought. Those who act out of ignorance must be educated.” (Simpson, Bruce J.) All churches need to accept and love their homosexual members and stop rejecting them in the house of the lord. It’s god’s home, he wouldn’t want any tension between the sexes in the house.
