Steve Van de Graaf requested a claims review be conducted of two pooling programs, The Ohio Government Risk Management Plan and The Oho School Plan. Both pooling programs are administrated by the managing general agent, Hylant Administrative Services (Hylant). Hylant within their scope of responsibilities provides all underwriting, claims and loss control services for both programs.

Both pooling plans are customized to meet the individual insurance needs of the state’s municipalities and public school districts; The Ohio Government Risk Management plan (OGRM) supports small to medium size municipalities (counties, towns & villages) providing Public Officials, Law Enforcement, Auto, Property and Commercial General Liability.
