Statement Of Purpose: GMU Fashion Society
Why are you interested in being an officer for GMU Fashion Society?
I am interested in being an officer for GMU Fashion Society because I know it will be a great opportunity for me to really get involved on campus. So far I've attended meetings and events for different organization, but really have had the chance to play a major role with them. Therefore, I definitely think this would a great way for me to start getting more. In addition, I plan on being a President of an organization and maybe even start my own organization here at Mason so I believe this position will help me explore and learn what it takes to run an organization.
What qualities make you the best candidate for the officer position?
My organization, communication and time management skills is what makes me the best candidate for the position. Over the year I have continuously worked at improving these skills, and I have done this by involving myself in many organizations through out high school. …show more content…
My favorite Fashion Society Meeting would have to be when we made choker necklaces. I really liked this meeting because I have always wanted to own one, but was never willing to pay for it. It was great to learn that I could easily make them for a reasonable price.
Are you a part of any other organizations are extra- curricular
