Introduction In any human service organization it is very important for a budget to be developed and followed. This can help with the longevity of a company. Without a workable budget and the following of that budget. It can spell disaster over time and could potentially cause the Care safe foster system to close its doors.
What would you say to Dr. Drexel to help her understand the importance of a workable budget? I myself would do research first on other entities that are similar to the CareSafe entity because this can give her an up close look at what can happen if a viable budget is not reached. By having some that are workable budgets and some that are not to give her an example of what the consequences are. Some people have to see it to understand how important it is. Without a workable budget she faces not only financial instability but this can also cost her potential donors what would help to infuse the entity with cash and allow her to provide more services to her clients. Also, without a workable it is like a crap shoot in the dark in the fact that she would not know whether or not she was going to be able to continue maintaining current services from year to year . By providing a working budget she not only increases CareSafe's stability for herself but for the clients and the people that are employed there. Increase CareSafe’s surplus/methods are most feasible to implement
There are many ways that CareSafe can increase their surplus. When providing services there are always ways to combine them together to make it more efficient based on the needs of those involved. CareSafe provides services such as individual counseling, group therapy, home assessments, and parent consultation. As an example would be when an individual meets with a social worker there should be an appointment made at the time for future sessions so that the client already knows ahead of time when they need to be available. This can help with cut backs on materials and a
