Social Perceptiveness In Critical Thinking
The three skills I chose are social perceptiveness, monitoring, and critical thinking. Social perceptiveness is being mindful of the reactions other people have and understanding the reasons for those reactions (Occupational Information Network [O*NET], 2016). I use social perceptiveness whenever I interact with other people and try to demonstrate this skill by paying attention their behaviors, body language, and other subtle distinctions. My interaction is authentic and open, while also trying to convey understanding through my own behaviors and communication. Monitoring is assessing/monitoring my own performance, as well as others or the organization as a whole, and then correcting or improving that performance as needed (O*NET, 2016). Monitoring

Human energy is one of the most influential factors contributing to enterprise efficiency. Sustaining their energy at work, employees perform their duties and fulfil responsibilities more effectively and, thus, promote profitability of their organisation (Sonnentag, 2003; Griffin et al., 2007; Bhagat & Steers, 2009; Bakker & Leiter, 2010; Fritz, Lam, and Spreitzer, 2011).
