Egypt had many classes for their people
There are many classes from the slave to the pharaoh
The highest class the pharaoh
Pharaoh- was the most significant thing they believed each pharaoh was a son of a god. He was expected to conduct armies into battle and be the chief leader in their religion. he was king, god, president, bishop, senator, and judge all rolled into one.
The lowest class in the top classes the scribers scribers-pen and papyrus in hand to keep a record of what was going on. it was the finest of all professionals. scribes were specially trained to read and write the complex Egyptian language in which picture represented a different sound or thought.

The “Old Kingdom” which lasted from 2100-2500 B.C.E, was the strongest and most powerful of all kingdoms. This is also the time when the first pyramids for tombs for the pharaohs, which was between 2600-2100 B.C.E. In the “Middle Kingdom” (2100-1650 B.C.E) Egyptians started to trade with their neighbors extensively and developed small, middle class officials and merchants. Kings were represented by officials, which were landed nobility that were specialized trained in writing and laws. Governors were appointed for different regions and responsible for supervising irrigation and public works. This good peace was ended when the Hysos (modern day Turkey) invaded Egypt.
