SNC confidently briefed a thorough and accurate five paragraph order which covered all required information and additional information including terrain. SNC’s order made sense, however SNC spent valuable time delving into information which was irrelevant to the mission. SNC asked subordinates questions pertaining to the order to ensure it was understood. SNC issued specific tasks which also included primary and secondary subordinates for the casualty aid and litter. SNC correctly determined the azimuth and lead SNC’s subordinates in the proper direction. SNC hesitated slightly upon enemy contact, however SNC was able to take charge and control SNC’s fire team, making adjustments to ensure the team moved in proper buddy pairs. SNC exercised
