Silverflame Alternate Ending
Prologue
The kittens mewed as they saw the world for the first time. Foxfirestar was sitting at the entrance of the nursery, watching as new life came to the camp. Silverflame was having her kits, while Ashwind was giving her herbs for the pain. Pinefeather was watching at the entrance of the nursery sitting beside Hailstorm, the father of the new kits. Silverflame stopped and looked proudly at her kits. Hailstorm then got up and lay down beside her, looking peacefully at his kits. “I will call you Squirrelkit” Silverflame said as she looked at a black kit with reddish brown kit with striped fur. “And I will call you Jacklekit” Hailstorm said as he looked at a brown and white kit.

“Oh Silverflame” Ashwind said with a hint of laughter in her eyes “you were always one to show a brave soul, but you must take this for the sake of your kits”.
“Fine, I’ll take it, but only for my kits”.
Silverflame then turned and bit into the borage leaves.
“You have been awfully quiet Firefoxstar, are you ok?” Pinefeather said “you usually love these things, but you seem off”
“I am fine, it is just that last night I had a dream from starclan” Firefoxstar said disturbingly.
“Was it bad?” said Pinefeather.
Firefoxstar took a long look at the entrance of the camp. Then she turned her head to Pinefeather and said “come with me, we need to talk”.
Firefoxstar got up and started walking to her den. Pinefeather quickly followed her, making sure that no one was looking. But no one payed a bit of attention to her, so she continued walking to the leader's den. Once in her den, Firefoxstar was sitting with a disturbed look on her face. “Last night starclan came to me and said two new kits will be born”
“That must have meant Silverflames kits because there were no other queens ready for birth” said
