Should People Be Able To Keep Dogs They Trained

I think they should be able to keep the dogs they trained because if you spend so much time with your dog then you grow to love them and never want to leave their side. I found this out because in the magazine it said that he was furious and that he just wanted his dog. Like if you train a dog and you go off to fight and get injured then your dog would be assigned to a different person. Just like in Call of Duty how Jose stepped on an IED and had to go home and get help with his legs and Zinet was assigned to a different handler. If you had to train a dog then you got hurt and then the dog had to go to a different trainer how would you fill?
My first reason is that if you spend so much time with your dog then you grow to love them and never want to leave their side. Just like Jose and Zenit when Jose was injured he woke up yelling for Zinet but Zenit did not belong to him anymore. He said that nothing felt right without Zenit. Jose went up
First people might think that the dogs would need to stay with the marines because what if they need dogs to sniff out more IEDs and all the dogs are gone and a lot of lives lost. Next if all the dogs were adopted and a war starts then who is going to help the soldiers out when they need help. Last who is going to be trained to help out the other people. so that is why other people might choose differently.
So my opinion is that the dog trainers should be able to keep protect and respect their dogs they trained. What would you do if your were in Jose's shoes and had to leave your dog behind and not be able to see him at all. If i was Jose I would want to be able to see my dog all the time just like he wanted to. If i were a dog trainer I would want to keep my dog because I would have grown to love him just like Jose did wirth Zenit.
