Would faculty and students benefit from a concealed weapon permit holder to carry on college campuses? Guns should be permitted on college campuses because schools are gun free zones, making them vulnerable for the opportunity of crime to occur. One reason why guns should be allowed on college campuses is because time is of the essence with a split second to make a life changing decision. Another reason why weapons should be authorized on school grounds is because, it can assist with detaining an active shooter before law enforcement arrives on the scene.
