Should Animals Be Allowed In The Classroom Essay
School plus animals equals… a disaster. I believe pets should not be allowed in schools. Animals in the classroom creates health problems for the pets and the students. Also, pets in the class can be neglected. Even though some people believe that pets in schools is a great idea, I think that pets shouldn’t be allowed in the classroom. First of all, having pets in the class is a bad idea because it creates health issues for the pets and students. To illustrate, according to article #3, many animals die in the classroom because the kids don’t know how to care for the pet. The animal shouldn’t have to die because a student wasn’t being responsible and wasn’t caring for the animal. It would also be hard on the students because the students could …show more content…
To illustrate, animals suffer from missed meals because no one is at school to feed them. The animal is probably starving and very dehydrated by the time people will come back to feed it or give it water. I can barely go without food for a couple of hours, but these animals don’t get food for days or even weeks. Furthermore, article #3 states that pets also can suffer from unsanitary living conditions. No one wants to come to school to clean an animals cage over a break. They don’t get their cage or living space cleaned until the break is over. Think about sitting in your own waste for days and weeks. Lastly, article #3 tells us that fire and power outages can be deadly to an animal. If a fire or power outage were to happen people wouldn’t think to save their animal they would think about saving themselves. Personally, if something bad did happen I would not think my animal I would just want all the people to be safe. Pets shouldn’t have to deal with being neglected because they are a class pet.
In conclusion, I believe pets should not be allowed in schools. Even though some people think animals in class teach kids responsibility they actually just cause problems. They create health problems and can be neglected. Are pets in the class really worth all the risks they can

I believe that dogs should not be allowed at work for many reasons, First of all, some dogs do not know how to behave themselves in public areas, such as work or the office. If a dog bites someone or hurt someone, the injured person can sue the company or the dog owner. Secondly, if a dog is allowed in a work enviroment then the company will have to make sure that all of their employees are not allergic to dogs, and that means the company may have to fire and hire new people just to replace the old employees who were allergic to dogs. It just isnt fair to people who are allergic to dogs or just dont like dogs, because you could be the greatest worker for the company.…

I believe that animals are very similar to we humans, they feel and have emotions, thus they shouldn’t be mistreated or abused, rather be treated with love and respect. It was on this belief that the ASPCA was founded in 1866. The first anti-cruelty law was passed after their founding. “…..I have developed a deep respect for animals. I consider them fellow living creatures with certain rights that should not be violated any more than those of humans.” (Stewart)…

One reason I support letting drug dog in our school is because it's safer for the environment and for the students. Experts say the use of dogs reflect the problem administration face as they try to protect the schools, while providing a comfortable environment for students ( Robinson). This evidence proves that allowing these kids of searches will make the school environment safer. Secondly, drug dogs are important because it attacks the problem before it gets out of control. They deter those who would think of bringing drugs or firearm on a campus...they dont know, when the searches are coming...…

Many things go on in vet schools but the most unhuman issue is the amount of animals that are put to death each year for the use of veterinarian students. This is unethical on so many levels. However my main concern is that they are unexperienced and could hurt the animals that they are preforming surgery for or permanently harm them. This relates to being untrustworthy because you can not trust the to care for the animals and help them how they need to be helped. They most likely don't have consent from the owner to change any aspect of the dog that could permanently effect it. Overall this is unhuman and unethical.…

From my personal experience, I believe it is up to the management to assess and review provided statistical information and then make a decision. From my personal experience being a courier, I have had the opportunity to visit many companies within a building that allows pets. Some corporate building even provide areas for the pets to go outside when needed. I also believe that it would make people more productive at work knowing that their pets are not developing any unwanted behaviors due to prolonged absences of the caretaker. Some of these examples are chewing, barking, nervousness etc. Also being in persuit of a management degree I think of this issue as something I may deal with at some point…

`”God loved the birds and invented trees. Man loved the birds and invented cages” (Deval, Jacques). There are many things wrong about animal research, and I think that a lot of it is wrong. Animal testing is wrong because it harms animals, animals’ rights are violated in tests, it is expensive, there are better alternatives, and the results of these tests aren’t always accurate or reliable.…

I feel like we should be able to bring cop dogs into our school to search for unwanted stuff that could be in this school. Yes, privacy is a huge and important thing, but if we are not going to use our privacy responsible then we don't need to have it. People today might think that we are being not cool, by taking away there drugs, but first drugs are bad, and second some of those people will one day realize that doing drugs is not what they want for there body. Another treason that dogs should be allowed in school for searching purposes, is that we need to keep this school safe and to make sure that the kids in this school are safe, and that there are not people bringing weapons to school. As a school bored it is your job to keep the kids…

Animals are also being used in the class room. Many schools have a Agriculture class and the bases of these classes (not all) are animals and their uses in our economy. Some schools have a land lab which enables students to apply what they have learn in the classroom to actual situations. Some schools also have Show Teams. Show Teams are teams of students who don't have the land or the financial means of raising a livestock animal. The school then will provide an animal to keep at the school and the transportation to get the animal to shows for the students. This also gives the students a higher learning of their animal and learn professional showing practices to help them in their shows.…

The benefits of drug dogs weigh towards student safety in mandatory, public places of education over the fear of a few individuals getting caught doing something explicitly illegal. In all honesty, student who are possessing the drugs should be nervous as they are doing something punishable by law. It is crucial that students and parents feel safe sending their child to school. In my own high school last year, there was shocking news that there was fentanyl in our school building when an individual overdosed in gym class. The whole school was in distress and administration consequently sent letters home to parents informing them of the overdose and safety concern for unintentional contact with the drug. With drug sniffing dogs, the overdose and chaos after may never have even happened. The dogs would have been able to pick up the scent of the illegal substance and notify law enforcement so, they could get the situation handled safely, with the least amount of danger brought to…

Cell Phones shouldn't be aloud in schools because of all the bullying and harassment that goes on in the classroom. They could use their cellular devices for cheating on worksheets, quizzes, and tests. Students can take pictures of other students without their permission and post them on social media accounts like Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc. But Cell Phones should be aloud in school because they can take their homework home and be able to find their assignments easier. They should also be allowed in schools because it is easier for the students to follow along in reading and watching videos.…
