Senior Level Experience
I have significant senior level experience in applying Industry Software Quality Assurance methodologies for functional, integration, security, and application/system performance monitoring/testing in an Agile Development and DevOps environment. I currently oversee this effort within the CIO and I have received excellent reviews from my leadership, customers, technical liaison and peers. I was designated by the CIO as the testing Czar and delegated the authority to ensure several major projects were delivered on time and using both the agile development and DevOps environment. I have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in Agile Development and DevOps through self-study and classes provide by the agency.

Test Planning manages the overall testing workload, quality assurance, and software defect management. Test Automation strives to develop automated scripts for testing and reach an optimum level of automated test cases within each software product. Test Software Execution is where the day to day software testing is performed to identify defects in application code and assist the business and applications in addressing and/or resolving the products defects in a timely manner.

System Analysis and Monitoring conducts monitoring, capacity planning, system analysis, and performance testing to assist the OCIO in determining the expected and true performance of our applications and systems by testing systems before they are used in the production infrastructure and continue to analyze and monitor their performance once they are in the production

Aligning with Agile practices, this team works closely with the Development shop and manual testers to understand technical requirements at the release level, identify possible risks when testing and finally, make recommendations on testing approaches. Then the team begins to develop common utility libraries that will be needed for testing as well as designing the drivers needed to execute the features being

    At Cape Henlopen High school we should have the opportunity to earn more senior privileges in addition to leaving 5 minutes early at the end of the school day and being able to eat in the courtyard all-year round, except for the winter.
