Physical Care:
-Sleep: Be sure to maintain good sleep habits. This will include going to bed no later than 10:00pm and staying in bed a minimum of eight hours. -Nutrition: Eat a healthy diet to include 3 meals per day and at least one healthy snack. -Exercise: Take daily walks outside for a minimum of 20 minutes. Psychological Care

-Family time: Make time to take family out of the house at least twice per week. Have dinner at the dinner table as a family at least 4 days a week. -House Maintenance: Instead of the housework being solely my responsibility I have made a chore list for the kids and these chores must be finished daily before 3:00pm. If we all chip in and do it together it will make it easier on me and we can get it done faster. -Make time for friends: At least twice a month I will go to a movie or out to eat with a friend. -Stress relief: I need to become aware when I am feeling stressed and overwhelmed and try to use breathing exercises to decrease stress levels. If levels increase too much I may need to step away from the situation and then return at a later time. Social Care

-Volunteer: Since it is the summer and my time is taken up with children and school I would like to call about volunteering when the kids go back to school maybe at a clinic or some other facility. Spiritual Needs

-Start back with a church hunt and don’t get discouraged.
