How do I asses myself as a human person?

Self assessment is a necessary activity for navigating a course through life. A conscious assessment of our goals, our behavior, our relationships, and our performance in all domains ultimately enables self improvement. It allows as to expand our options in life.

I asses myself as a human person through knowing myself more. Knowing what my strength and weaknesses is. When I’m down and out, I remind myself that there are lots of other people in the world feeling like I’m. I also remind myself that everything that happens in this world has a reason, and every challenge that comes into our lives can help us to be a better one in the future.

How to cope or adjust with frustration?

Frustration is an emotion that occurs in situations where a person is blocked from reaching a desired outcome. In general, whenever we reach one of our goals, we feel pleased and whenever we are prevented from reaching our goals, we may come to frustration and feel irritable, annoyed and angry. Typically, the more the important the goal, the greater frustration and results anger or loss of confidence.

Frustration is experience whenever the results you are expecting do not seem to fit the effort and action you are applying. It will occur whenever your actions are producing less and fewer results than you think they should.

Frustration is a part of everyone’s life like changes, frustration now also permanent in this world. It is true that frustration cause pain and disappointments in ones personality,.
