When NaOH and Benedict’s solution was added and boiled the mixture turned from cream to purple. When brought to boil the mixture turned to orange.-Cheese was initially yellow and when the hydrochloric acid was added the mixture did not change in colour.-When NaOH and Benedict’s solution was added and boiled the mixture turned light purple and when boiled, the cheese floated to the surface of the mixture and at the bottom of the test tube remained purple.-No colour change was observed when the hydrochloric acid was added.-When NaOH and Benedict’s solution was added and boiled the mixture turned green as well as purple.-When boiled it turned from yellow to light brown to purple.|
