From abuse of over the counter drugs to marijuana to phytanyl and heroin, drugs have become an issue here in West Fargo. On June 24 2016, 2 West Fargo graduates were arrested for having possession of $500 counterfeit money, mushrooms, marijuana, a water bottle and nasal spray container containing Phytanyl. (US Constitution) This keeps schools from searching the students personal property unless there is a legal reason to do so.
