Block 3
The President has many important roles that he plays for this country. There are three roles that stand out from the others. The most important role would be
Commander in Chief. He is in charge of all the military forces. Chief diplomat follows after Commander in Chief because the President decides who goes to which country to do a treaty with that country. Chief of State is another important role, President influence others to do good and inspires people as a King/Queen does. When it comes to the President providing the best for our country, I feel that these three roles should be the primary ones.
Commander in chief is the most important job of the President because he/she is the one who is in charge of the military branches and approves of the military's ideas to protect our country. If the President wasn’t in charge of the military, then they would do whatever pleased them and not us. The President knows this country well and what the people want. The President should serve and protect the military force just like they protect and serve for our country. The one time when the President can assume greater power is during times of war. It's without question the most important responsibility of the office. As Commander in Chief, the President has the ability to commit American troops to battle. It is the most difficult decision a President can make, and is always handled with great care and reflection.
The President of the United States second important role is Chief Diplomat. The
President is the only person who can make peace with foreign governments if a war

Block 3 occurs. If they prefer war then this is where the President most important role which is
Commander in Chief comes in. When the President greets foreign governments in a polite way and receives them well mannered, U.S. people view him/her as a better person because he gets along with others

There are two perspectives on presidential power. The two perspectives are presidential power by persuasion and presidential without persuasion or unilateral. The first perspective where presidential power is persuasive means that the president needs help in order to achieve an outcome. The president tries to convince other branches of government or other high-ranking officials to implement an idea of his. This all depends on the president’s ability to bargain with other branches or even his own branch to influence policy. The Unilateral perspective means that the president can act alone when making policy decisions. The unilateral perspective forces the judiciary to react.…

The president, throughout history, has always been a symbol of the country and has had powers for their title. However, there are only limited things the President can do, while they are in power. For the most part the President has to go through the congress, which might not accept the president’s request. The president should have the power to go beyond the bounds of the Constitution when the country is dealing with war or rebellion, and to take action if the lives of US citizens are in danger or to keep international peace in foreign countries.…
