Revolutions: Chronology, Geography, Philosophy, Economy, And Politics
When people do not get what they want from their leader, they tend to rebel. Take the American’s for example. The American’s wanted to be free British rule, Britain rejected their freedom. This resulted in the American’s rebelling against the British, in the Revolutionary War. In the following essay I will discuss some of the greatest revolutions in history and compare, as well as contrast them using categories such as: Chronology, Geography, Society, Philosophy, Economy, and Politics.
The Glorious Revolution, which was also referred to as the Revolution of 1688, War of the English Succession, or The Bloodless Revolution resulted in the dethroning of King James II of England. The war lasted from 1688 to 1689 and was participated in by The English, The Welsh and Scottish society, and The Dutch Forces. For almost a thousand years, Rome had influenced the Church of England; Catholicism affected every aspect of daily life, such as trade and marriage. When King James II came into power, he assured the people that his beliefs would not contribute to the way he ruled, which soon after the beginning of his ruling, changed. The

These revolutions resulted in the creation of a number of independent counties in Latin America. These revolutions followed the American as well as the French revolutions, which had profound effects on the Spanish, Portuguese and French colonies in the Americas. Haiti, which was a French slave colony, was the first to fight for Independence, like the United States of America had done. The Haitian revolution lasted from 1791 to 1804. Prior to the Latin American Revolutions, the American’s had completed their revolution, the French had completed theirs, and the Napoleonic Wars had completed.
