Research Paper On Mim Mimi

Mimi is a 57-year-old woman who visits the Baroco Habilitation Center three times a week. During the rest of the week, she lives with her mother and her pet cat in Springfield. Mimi’s father passed away this past January. She has a younger brother who visits weekly and cares for them. Mimi is very outgoing and loves to be around people. Her hobbies include going to the movies, shopping, painting, and making jewelry. Mimi also enjoys housecleaning, caring for her cat, quilting, and making coffee for her mother. She partakes in Multicultural Community Services (MCS) in Springfield Massachusetts, which is a private nonprofit organization that supports individuals with disabilities and and their families. She received an education from Putnam high school in Springfield, Massachusetts.
She stated her employers always informed her of her good teamwork. Mimi does not drive and she utilizes transportation provided by the day center. She previously had a surgery on her sinuses to relieve chronic infections. She reported no further issues with her sinuses and no other health conditions. Mimi did not express any challenges or problematic areas that prohibits occupational performance. She stated she was independent in her ADLs.
