REPORTER: The reporter/ Mandated Reporter (Alysha) called with concerns for the victims, Matthew and an unknown child. On today (04/20/2016), the reporter was visiting with her client (Gabrielle Nester), and John (Gabrielle’s boyfriend) came over to Gabrielle’s home with his two nephews (Matthew and his brother). John reported that his uncle (the victim’s unknown father) left this morning and never returned home; John said he was supposed to be back in an hour. The reporter noticed that Matthew could not sit up, and he was wearing a dirty diaper. The reporter said John said “I don’t have any diapers”; John couldn’t take care of the children because he didn’t have the supplies to do so. Also, there were bruises on the back of the Matthew’s
