EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

India is a developing country and it has adopted free economy. So it is an opportunity for very domestic company to upgrade its technology and other process in order to stand in modern market, which has cut throat competition. Mr. Bipin Hadvani and Praful Hadvani started GOPAL SNACKS PVT. LTD. with a great effort on very high basis and today his efforts are in colors along with a good reputation in national markets. The strong foundation, expertise & resources have helped it dwell deep to explore, innovate & seek new avenues for growth. As the major player in every organization is how to manage its manpower in every aspect. In today’s fast growing economies in the world and competitiveness between major organizations had really made them to think how to increase the gap with the competitor and move forward. So these project emphases on the Human Resource function of GOPAL SNACKS PVT. LTD. One of the aspects of overall increase in the profit of the firm is to reduce employees’ absenteeism because customers cannot be made satisfied and firm can’t run its operation effectively until and unless employees are regular at their job. But to maintain them is a very difficult task. Absence control can often be an important step in the process of reducing business costs.
