Bella listened as Melani spoke, she explained that she had no real idea what had caused what was happening around the world. As well more about Zeus and the Titans, and even more in depth with Khronos and the others were tyrants. Bella wasn't stupid she had been taught a great deal of the history of the gods. And had discovered much for herself over the years as well. She knew that the gods tried to hide some of the truth's from the demi-gods at the camp.     Briares changes a lot over the course of the novel by overcoming his fear of the Titans. Briares was found and rescued by Percy and his friends in Alcatraz. Briares was scared of the monster Kampe and refused to leave. Kampe was holding him as her slave and Tyson would not let Briares stay so he got him out and Kampe was furious.
