Reflex Muscular Dystrophy
I believe I should be awarded this scholarship because I have a strive to learn and push myself. Being dyslexic and suffering from Reflex Neurovascular Dystrophy school is a challenge. I was in a serious car accident in April of 2016, my doctor told me I did not have to attend school the rest of the year. I convince my parents and doctor to come to an agreement so I could attend for two hours a day. I missed one full nine weeks of my education that I can never make up. I had to pass up a great summer job opportunity to help me pay for my college education. This scholarship would take a lot of stress off of me and I would feel like I accomplished something this summer with a severe concussion.
