Reflection On Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision according to Machado & Botnarescue (2011, p. 56), “was initially promoted to improve instructional practices by providing supervisors with a structured and cooperative approach”. I am struggling as to what to say to Ms. Jones based upon her performance. Since my evaluations are short and sweet with little needing improving, I find it hard to be on the other end of an evaluation.
