Executive summary
TEMC is a hospital which located in far north Queensland, Australia. The hospital-TEMC had faced the supplier shortage of doctors recently. This report researched both the external and internal environment facing the organisation. The external environment had exerted a significant influence on the RSP in the hospital. Then, the report will provide some options for TEMC to follow to improve RSP. There are many recruitment methods for TEMC to practice in order to get the qualified employees. One of the most popular recruitment methods refers to e- recruitment. The hospital should take the advantages of the e-recruitment as much as possible. More importantly, the report would give a set of procedures for TEMC to improve the RSP. Human resource planning and job analysis are the foundation of the recruitment and selection process. Finally, this report would give some recommendation for the hospital in terms of the recruitment, selection and placement.
