Objectives
• Within the framework of policy for the development of the NCR and UP sub-region and taking into consideration the development pressures due to the creation of NOIDA-GNIDA expressway and proposed extension up to Agra (Taj Expressway) and metro/rail connections to NOIDA, prepare a master plan for the city’s development up to 2021 to achieve:
– Integrated development of NOIDA to accommodate future growth of population up to the year 2021
– Capitalize on the area’s high growth
