RBC Super Heroes – Senior Banking Advisors Natalie Cormier and Eric Dubrofsky along with Team Manager, Julie Williams

Our Service Heroes this week are more like “Super Heroes” in our eyes as they demonstrated outstanding teamwork in support of our team and clients . In this story, we’ll recognize how Natalie, Eric, and Julie stopped at nothing to help a colleague and her team to provide a seamless client experience.

RBC Bank experienced a system application issue that was expected to last a full business day. Due to the technical difficulties at hand, Senior Underwriter Stephie Duguid, and the Underwriting Team were not able to work on client requests. Unsure what to do, Stephie reached out to her Canadian partners in the Advice Center
