Ramirez Cartoon: The Root Of Evil By Nikolas Cruz

On February 14, 2018, nineteen-year-old Nikolas Cruz went to a high school in Florida and shoot and killing about seventeen people and injuring multiple people in the process. This left Florida in such a tragedy after the shooting. The school didn’t go back in session for over a week or two. It also left many schools around the United States in tear and fear thinking they would be next. Many students all around the United States are walking out of schools and protest gun laws. The cartoon “The Root of Evil” represents what the parents of the students and faculty felt about Cruz. How this could have been stopped if the authority and school district have paid attention. A close analysis of Ramirez cartoon “The Root of Evil” reveals what people of Florida believe is what caused Cruz to go on a mass murder spree at a local high school in Parkland.

The people looking at the cartoon can infer that the person in the picture is going to prison or is in prison right now. The person in the cartoon is to be Nikolas Cruz.
