In1974, Claude Vorilhon a French racecar driver, journalist, and pop star, founded an atheistic religion that denies the existence of true supernatural gods. On December 13, 1973, Claude
Vorilhon experienced an alien abduction by Yahweh an Elohim who renamed him Rael and instructed him to act as their prophet. Rael (Claude Vorilhon) believe that various mythologies
(Abrahamic God) based upon experiences with an alien race called the
Elohim
.
Various religious prophets and founders such as Buddha, Jesus, and Moses said to be prophets of the Elohim. On
September 19, 1974, Claude Vorilhon (Rael) held his first public conference on his revelations.
Today
the religion claims 70,000 members in 97 countries, including followings in South Korea and Japan.

Raelians do not believe in an afterlife. Raelians are strong advocates of free love and sexual freedom between consenting adults. Raelians exhibit a very wide variety of sexual orientations and preferences such as monogamy and even chastity. Realism officially describes as an atheist religion. Raelism does not demand belief in supernatural beings.
Raelians believe in cloning. In 2002, Raelians Bishop Brigitte Boisselier ran a company known as
Clonaid, which made claims that they had succeeded in creating a human clone, named Eve. Raelians
Bishop Brigitte Boisselier has refused to allow scientists to examine the child or the technology used to create her. Due to the lack of real evidence, the scientific community considers Eve to be a hoax.
Raelism seek embassy be created on earth as a neutral space for Elohim. They prefer this to be created in Israel where the first contacted by the Elohim according to the Raelians belief. They do not wish to force themselves upon humanity. They will fully reveal themselves when accepted by humanity.

This is the only known holidays for this religion.

1. The first Sunday in April: when Raelians believe the Elohim created Adam and Eve.
2. August 6: The date of the Hiroshima bombing, which began the Age of Apocalypse/Revelation.
This date is a remembrance and a warning of our own destructive capabilities, rather than as a celebration. This age is also the period in which we become capable of truly understanding the Elohim rather than erroneously worshipping them as gods.
3. October 7: The date that Rael met a variety of past prophets such as Jesus and the Buddha on board an Elohim craft.
4. December 13: The date of first contact between Rael and the Elohim.
Raelism Addressing the problem of Evil
Raelism resembles traditional religion, they believe in miracles, prayer and life after death but only by cloning. Just as other religions, Raelians gods are systematically immune to disproof. They do not force their beliefs upon people and truly believe in Free love. Raelians are very peaceful people and do not practice evil nor hate towards any living human beings.
