Radiation Therapy Career Report
My major academic and career goal is to attend college, and become a Radiation Therapist. My grandfather was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer when I was nine years old, and was put through various stages of radiation therapy. This sparked my interest in the medical field. Ultimately due to my enjoyment of working with people facing difficult circumstances and helping them through the rough times I came back to Radiation Therapy. While my grandfather was administered the therapy, he met truly genuine nurses and caregivers that I still look up to and aspire to be like.
A primary interest of mine during college, is to intern in surrounding areas. I feel that an internship would better qualify and prepare me for my career path. While in
