Racial Profiling Threatens our Nation Racial profiling will result in an increase on the severity that already exists today. Hispanic and African-American youth are being strictly stereotyped and profiled nowadays. I believe that racial profiling is a danger to the nation because it threatens the idea of equality in the society, and should come to a stop. The idea of racial profiling is completely immoral, and should not be tolerated. It is also obvious that it is in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment because it states that “…nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property”. therefore, racial profiling is unconstitutional.
