Imagine being mistreated, looked down upon, and prejudiced against just because of who you are, your skin color, or your race. Victims of racial discrimination have to endure this torture almost every day, and it can take an unimaginable toll on both their mental and physical health. It can be detrimental to a victim’s mental health because they are constantly bullied by the people who are discriminating against them. For example, a victim can be bullied into believing that they are what the bully is telling them they are, as well as growing to hate themselves because of who they are.
