Quicken Loans recruits both internally and externally. At Quicken Loans they have a strong dedication towards their employees and their employee’s career growth. Employees often start in lower entry level positions, but after just a few years find themselves in a management position. While they value their current workforce, Quicken Loans has many programs in place for hiring new talent. Quicken Loans CEO Jay Farner believes that to grow as a company you continuously need to bring in the brightest young minds. They have three programs to hire their new talent, the Veteran Hiring Program, the internship program, and their traditional recruiting events and hiring process.
