Pursuing a career in the Army will make bring me personal satisfaction, financial stability, and opportunities for helping others. First, a career in the Army will bring me personal satisfaction.
Furthermore, being an active member in the Army will make make financial stability. According to Career Information Center I will get 20,000 a year and the army will supply me with my everyday needs like a housings ("Military Careers" ). The army also provides a 401-k. The 401-k is for when you retire you will start get some of the money from the 401-k("Cavalry Scout").     Olds military career started off by him completing his primary flight training in the summer of 1942 at the Spartan School of Aviation in Tulsa, OK. Once Olds commissioned as a second lieutenant, he received an assignment to report to the West Coast for training on P-38 Light-nings. Olds was then posted to the 479th Fighter Group's 434th Fighter Squadron with orders for Britain. Olds' squadron arrived in Britain in May 1944 and quickly entered combat as part of the Allied air offensive prior to the invasion of Normandy.
