Specific Goal: I want my audience to appreciate the work of Rev. Arlene.

Introduction
I. How many of you have heard or used the phrase “live life to the fullest” before?
II. Well I’ve always wondered how to actually do that until I met Reverend Arlene Hylton-Campbell.

Preview: The teachings of spiritual leader Reverend Campbell show us how to live a fulfilled life by honoring ourselves spiritually, mentally, and physically.

Body
I. Rev. Arlene shows us how to honor our spiritual selves with workshops.
A. “Rev. Arlene’s workshops are transformative, life-changing events where emphasis is placed on remembering the true self and recognizing the full capacity of who we are as soul beings” (Rev. Arlene Hylton).
B. She is an inspirational speaker and spiritual mentor in workshops at the Agape International Spiritual Center’s Young Women’s mentoring program, with her motto being: “Our youth is our NOW!” (Inspired Parenting Magazine).
C. “She created a multi-dimensional workshop--I’m Keeping True: Whole Life Living--which includes focuses on fasting, prayer and setting intentions” (Soluv Magazine).

(In addition to workshops, meditation is also important to reach our fullest potential.)

II. Rev. Arlene shows us how to honor our mental selves with meditation.
A. She leads a meditation group with interactive exercises that allow us to become more in touch with our faith.
B. “Meditation brings us to a state of allowing where we listen to our inner calling so we may resonate with, and realize, our highest good” (Rev. Arlene Hylton).

(With meditation used to honor our mental selves, healthy eating and exercise are used to honor our physical selves.)

III. Rev. Arlene shows us how to honor our physical selves with healthy eating and exercise.
A. “Her mission includes conscious eating with the release of old habits that no longer serve, and creating new habits that support physical transformation”
