A.G.D: There are only three important things in Real Madrid’s popular soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo’s life: Family, soccer and his Ferrari cars. So, biggest part of his life is action and adrenalin, which explains that he is a Ferrari lover.17th September` 2013 Caranddrive.com shared information about new Ferrari, which is “LA Ferrari.” The company produced only 499 La Ferrari cars. The main reason for the amount of cars is price. In addition to Ronaldo is a one of the owners of this new Ferrari. Price is very high and according to www.businessinsider.com , new price is $1.3million. Why is it expensive? First reason is; La Ferrari only needs 2.7seconds to get a 100 km/h. Second reason is; its beauty. For most Ferrari lovers, this model is the most beautiful one. People, who love adrenalin, this car created for them. Thesis: Therefore most rich action lovers buy this car. Today I am going to talk about two main reasons of its popularity, which are Ferrari’s brand name, users of Ferrari and speed. MP1: First, let’s talk about name process. First question is how this car got this popularity? Ferrari is an Italian sports car manufacturer based in Maranello, Italy. Enzo Ferrari is a founder of this brand. When Enzo Ferrari was a young student, he studied engineering and marketing. He was always saying” my engineering knowledge helped me to create Ferrari but my marketing knowledge helped me to sell Ferrari cars”. First he introduced Ferrari as a race car, so it created an idea in people’s minds that this car is very fast. Then he sold these cars only for presidents and extremely rich people, so Enzo created a brand name. And now if you are a rich guy, it means you must get a Ferrari. It is a kind of proof of your money. MP2: Secondly, I would like to say that, Ferrari made some people famous but Ferrari also became a

Rawlinson’s concern is to succeed to attract a new segment of the market and to change both users’ behavior and perception towards the Porsche products. In fact, what is common for the Porsche users is that they tend not to use their vehicle during winter time; a habit that they acquired because of the weather conditions that damage their precious and usually wellmaintained car. Worldwide, Porsche takes part into the market of high end luxurious cars, it competes with brands known as being highly ranked in their range (Lexus, Mercedes). So is the case in the Canadian market. Porsche is a brand that captivates a certain category of buyers, with an average age of 45 years old certainly ones with a high income and a good social status who can afford the car’s price. The different models offered by Porsche makes it possible for the brand to capture the interest of different users all along the years. Five models of Porsche are displayed to please the interest of the brand’s amateurs who are usually into this brand since their early age. The Canadian market had witnessed an evident decrease in sales that went down by 17 % between 2007 and 2008 due to the financial crisis not because of the relocation of Porsche Canada. The challenge is that even though the luxury car market is filled with competitors such us BMW, Audi, Mercedes Benz and Jaguar, the users are more attracted to standard and basic sports…

In the past, I have participated in a lot of classes and training dealing with many different topics, but unfortunately, public speaking and/ or communications was not one of them. In fact, the last class that I took even relatively close to this one was in junior high school. In some sense, I guess that this could be thought of as a good thing, because now I can learn at a college level to begin with.

My goals for this class are fairly numerous, but all are based on all around knowledge and improvement of public speaking in a general sense. I want to be able to get up in front of a group of people and deliver a message in a way that makes people want to listen. I'm planning a career in the field of psychology, and as much as I may not like it, I think public speaking will definitely show its face many times. My specific goals for the course include improving on my stance, speaking more clearly, and improving on my fear of speaking in front of a large group.

After reviewing my videotaped speeches, I have noticed that, among other things, I am constantly fidgeting and doing something with my hands like playing with my note cards or something. Also, I am clearly not comfortable with standing up there. Although it is not overly visible on the tape, I can tell that I look very nervous, and I tend to stutter a little and lose my place and focus in the middle of the speeches frequently. I really don't understand why speaking in front of the class bothers me so much. If I were to give the speech from my desk, even though everyone would still be looking at me, I think that I could do a much better job and be more relaxed as well.

I think that improving on these previous aspects will give me enough experience and confidence to at least have a working knowledge and ability to successfully speak publicly. Although my career will probably not involve an immense amount of public speaking, it will require some, and this course will surely provide valuable…

    Lamborghini speech

Ferruccio Lamborghini’s mechanical know-how led him to enter the business of tractor manufacturing in 1948, quickly becoming an important manufacturer of agricultural equipment in Italy. In 1959, he opened an oil heater factory which later produced air conditioners. Lamborghini’s companies were doing very well allowing him to purchase faster, more expensive cars, such as Alfa Romeos, Jaguars, Maserati’s and Ferraris. Of all of these he liked the Ferrari’s the best but he still had some annoyances. He said they were, “ too noisy and rough to be proper road cars” and called them “repurposed track cars with poorly built interiors” Although, the part he hated most was the continuous need for rebuilds and tune ups. This caused him to modify his very own Ferrari 250GT, which outperformed all of Ferrari’s stock models. This gave him the confidence to pursue automobile manufacturing. Lamborghinis main goal in creating a new brand of performance cars was “high performance without compromising tractability, ride quality, and interior appointments.” Lamborghini started to manufacture his own performance road cars in 1963.…
