Psy/210 Week 3 Individual Assignment
It has been more than three years that I know this applicant. When I joined Kepler in 2014, this applicant was a student in the first year. During that academic year, I taught her communications and other skills that helped her to work well on her projects. Through her works and class participation, I could see that she was a hard work. She always met deadlines and make sure her works were of high quality. Another thing is that she was always looking for support whenever needed. In fact, whenever she found out that she missed something in class, she could attend office hours for clarification. In 2015, when she was hired as a course facilitator, she was very committed, determined and responsible. In fact, when she had to work on any task, she made sure to complete it on time and with efficiency. Till now, her actions show that she is collaborative. She really believes in team work. In fact, she knows that for a team to be …show more content…
This is because she is good at holding people accountable. In fact, when she is part of a group which aims at accomplishing a given goal, she does what she is supposed to do to meet her the goal and remind others to complete their tasks on time. For example, if she is part of a group which researching about a given issue, she would work on what she is support to work so as to complete the research and check if the rest of the group has done its part. This makes her excellent. I remember when we were working on a presentation, she was the one who reminded everyone to complete his/her assigned task. By the end, our presentation was excellent because of her good job.

This applicant should improve on the part of life balance. This is because when she is working on something, it becomes hard stop without finishing it. This makes her to fail work on other life activities. So she still needs to learn to balance work and other life

I have known Melody for over 10 years. I have watched her grow academically and professionally from a high school student in an International Baccalaureate Scholars program, to someone who is passionate about her career in the law field. As a peer, has been a source of motivation and an example of what hard work and commitment looks like. I remember when she first started working for Legal Aid of North Carolina soon after graduating from college. She started off as a volunteer and invested time with the company for about 3 months before being offered a position. Most graduates would have rather been applying to paid jobs versus making that sacrifice for a company post-graduation. Then, after about a year and a half working at Legal Aid NC as…
