Pros And Cons Of The Bill Of Animal Rights

People have different conceptions about the idea of Animals having human rights. There is many of pros and cons for both sides. However, I believe that animals should have human rights because there is a lot of research proven that animals can be alike humans. Animals are important in an everyday human life. They make us humans feel love, affection, protected, and more. However, not all humans think that animals are important; Those who think that abuse and mistreat animals because they think that they’re just simply animals. They don’t see how animals can be considered as humans since they have human characteristics and can feel the same types of emotions as humans. We don’t see how a lot of animals in the world are dying and suffering because of humans. On the other side, people also believe that animals should not have a bill of rights for many reasons. I believe that the idea of a bill of rights for animals should be created for many reasons too.
Animals are alike humans, They feel pain, suffer, and experience affection, excitement, and even love. For example, In the article, “ A change of Heart about animals” by Jeremy Rifkin. He states that “ Elephants will often stand next to their dead kin for days, occasionally touching their bodies with their trunks”. Elephants experience grief just like humans with their loved one's death. According to Rifkin, “ Studies have found that Pigs crave affection and are easily depressed if isolated or denied playtime with each other”. Just like Little kids feel sad if they can’t play with their friends. Animals should be treated with respect because they suffer too.
