Pros and Cons of stress overload
Explain how frustration and overload can contribute positively and negatively to an individual's stress level.

There are various pros and cons that come with frustration and overload. Stress is apart of life and everyone feels it. But when stressors become so overwhelming that they begin to manifest into physical or emotional problems, then stress becomes stress overload. Stress overload is caused when the pressures of the world become so intense over an extended amount of time. This can be negative to the body because it can be damaging to the heart, lungs, brain, and immune system. By stressing all the time a person is keeping the body on constant alert mood. Stress overload varies from person to person. Frustration is the feeling of being upset, especially because of the inability to change or achieve something. When a person is frustrated they can either do one of two things: break down or work harder. When a person gets too frustrated with a situation sometimes it causes them to have a mental breakdown. They feel like it is just pointless to keep going because the frustration is overwhelming. This can raise the stress level really high. Everyone does not break down when they get frustrated, because there are some people that get motivated from frustration. Frustration can be negative on a person’s stress level, but at the same time be an enforcer to do better. When I get really frustrated I get even more motivated to try to fix the problem that is at hand. I feel like the faster I fix the problem then the faster I will be back to being happy and unstressed. Sometimes the overwhelming stress is too much for me to handle, but I try not to let it get to me. In this case frustration is positive to a person’s stress level by pushing them to move forward to better things. When a woman is getting things ready for her wedding her stress level is high but this is positive and negative. The positive side being she is happy that she is getting married and
