The project client is Nestle Nigeria it’s a Nigerian–founded company; the organization is into foods, water, and beverages (Emis Store, 2016), it manufactures, market and distributes products in different locations of the country (Reuters, 2017), Nestle can be refer to as the user or economic client according to Baaij (2014). This project is about improving and increasing the overall business performance and, for the redesigning the innovative infrastructural technologies that can enhance and increase the business performance of Nestle Nigeria Plc. The contract agreement is to use project management techniques, tools and methods to increase the overall business performance and measurement of results, and also for the improvement of infrastructural …show more content…
This improvement is vital since most stakeholders have the power to positively or negatively influence project outcomes and when they are not properly communicated or involved during decision-making processes, this may fail in achieving sustainable development (Bal et al., 2013).
Improve on how to evaluate the sustainability of raw materials from local farmers; Nestle Nigeria can use the DMAIC sustainability performance monitoring metrics to measure, analyze, improve and control the availabilities of raw materials from local farmers to avoid scarcity or shortage of raw materials when urgently needed (ASQ, 2017; Nestle.com, 2017).
 Improve on career development that can enhance talent assessment and succession plan with all its technical staff; Knowledge Retention Methodology used by Taxa Consulting Services can help Nestle achieve this improvement goal.
