A Life that Changes Lives

Abortion is a very controversial issue. The two stances are Pro-Life (Right to Life) or Pro-Choice. If you are Pro-Life, you think that from the moment of conception the fetus has the right to life and is a human. You also believe that if you have an abortion, you are committing murder. If you are Pro-Choice, you think that the fetus is not a human until after twenty-four weeks and you don’t view abortion as murder. Life begins at the moment of conception and is sacred. It must be treated with respect and dignity. An estimated forty million to fifty million fetuses are aborted every year. That’s about 125,000 fetuses per day! If you can’t support the baby, then give it up for adoption. It doesn’t give you an excuse to have an abortion. Having an abortion is immoral and a mortal sin because everyone is a child of God. If it’s wrong to kill a child or adult, why is it legal to kill a fetus? Another reason I’m Pro-Life is because all babies have great potential and could change the world. What if a person that could find the cure to cancer was aborted, or a saint that could make a big difference in the world was aborted? That one life could change lives. There are lots of famous people that were almost aborted that

If you feel like you can’t support the baby simply go to an organization or charity and see if they can provide you with the necessities you need. If you can’t even do that, then give the baby up for adoption because there are lots of people that would love to be able to have babies but can’t. Babies get adopted a lot more than a teenager, so there’s a great chance that the baby will have a happy life with their adoptive parents. Everyone can to help by praying outside abortion clinics and joining Pro-Life marches. We pray for the voiceless and hope that others follow in our protests of silent prayers and marches. One baby could change the

Abortion is a topic that many feel is controversial. It can not be easily agreed upon for many reasons. The fight for pro-life has to do with religion and the morality of taking a life. On the other hand, pro-choice involves women’s rights as well as a woman’s well being. These two ideas make abortion a subject that is…

Abortion is a very hot topic these days, where some people support pro-life and others support pro-choice. Pro-life applies that one lives a true sanctimonious life, which is basically saying that would should not kill any living being, not either bacteria and bugs. Other theory is pro-choice, where a decision about abortion cannot be controlled by government and every human has a chance to choose. This is a controversial topic because of the question of the moral status of the fetus and that the fetus has a right to life.…

What is Pro-Choice? Pro-Choice refers to the belief that a woman has the right to abort a baby from her body. Most people do not know how they stand on this subject. Usually a touchy subject, it is often kept a secret. I did extensive research on this subject after my older sister got an abortion. At first I was upset by the fact that she did it but now I realize that it was her choice and not mine. I feel that a woman has the right to do what she wants to her body. If a woman does not feel that she can raise a child then she should be able to do whatever she wants. If a woman gets an abortion in a case where she cannot raise the child then that is one less child put into foster care. During this speech I will inform you of the background on abortion, the different types of abortion, and also the main reasons to be pro-choice.…

According to statistics provided by Guttmacher institute, “there were approximately 1.05 million abortions in the United States in 2012 alone” (Abortion Counters 4). To many, that might be just a number and it does not necessarily mean anything, but lets just take some time to think about how tremendously that number actually is. The image of 1.05 million lifeless, innocent premature babies is horrific, and many do not realize how sick and wrong it is. That number is more than just a statistic but it is the amount of lives that were ended way to early. As someone who stands for pro-life, aborting a baby is not something that should be an option so easily for women. Women nor anybody else should have the authority to end a child’s life prematurely.…

Hillary Clinton once said, "I have met thousands and thousands of pro-choice men and women. I have never met anyone who is pro-abortion." This means that even though pro-choice people don’t want to completely rid the world of abortion, they still don’t necessarily like it. Morally, abortion is wrong but at the same time the choice should still be available to those who choose not to be pregnant in their present moment in time. It is a right to be able to choose for yourself what you want to with your life, and that’s what choosing to have an abortion is. The right to your choice should not be able to be taken away by strict enforcers of The Bible or morality. Before abortion can be completely stopped all factors must be considered because every person and their story is different; so knowing why every person would want an abortion is near impossible. It’s easy to simply declare abortion wrong and move on without giving it any thought. For these reason the option of abortion should be left open because ultimately opinions come into play on what may be right and wrong.…

There are many differences between a “pro- choice” position on abortion and a “pro- life” position. People who are “pro- choice”, then they believe that it is the woman’s decision if she wants to have a child and carry it for nine months. If someone is “pro- life”, then they are against anyone getting an abortion. They believe that the fetus has the same rights as a human being. The argument the “pro- life” people strongly believe is that every undeveloped human is sacred and must be protected by the government. The “pro- choice” people argue that when a humans personhood cannot be proven in pregnancies, then the government does not have the right to prevent a woman her right to decide whether or not she wants to continue with the pregnancy.…

There are two different viewpoints on abortion. Pro-choice and pro-life. Let’s start with the easy one. Pro-life means that a person is completely against abortion. The pro-life viewpoint is the belief that abortion is considered taking the life a human, which would mean that life begins at conception. People may have this viewpoint for religious values, or even their personal moral values, and believe that abortion for anyone is wrong. Pro-choice is a little bit harder to describe. It doesn’t mean pro-abortion, it literally concerns the word choice. People that are pro-choice believe that it is a person’s personal decision as to whether or not they get an abortion. Somebody may be completely against abortion personally, but may still be pro-choice because they believe that it is a person’s decision and that right should not be…

The idea has of abortion has been around since people figured out how babies have come to be, and there always has been two sides the recently coined terms Pro-Life and Pro-Choice. The Pro-Lifers believe that the unborn fetuses have as much rights as a born child and that to terminate the pregnancy would be the same as murdering a person outside the womb. The Pro-Choicers believe it is up to the individual person to make the decision whether to continue the pregnancy or terminate. They may not personally believe in abortion, but they feel it is not their place to decide what a woman should do with her body.…

It can also be defined as the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, most often performed during the first 28 weeks of pregnancy or the act of ending an unwanted pregnancy. Abortion itself is the most difficult and controversial moral issue to consider. The arguments that arise from this issue is life and death though the uncertainty of complication makes it difficult. Many people will disagree with me and say that abortions are murdering innocent babies but how are you murdering someone that isn't even born yet ? Most people do not know what it feels like to struggle to keep a child and care for it. Children come with responsibilities that most people cannot handle and it is not fair they should have to suffer the consequences because of one mistake. It should not be up to President-elect Donald Trump to make that decision for millions of…
