Polychronic: Video Analysis
The person highlighted in this video is a digital nomad Ryan he moved from California to New York in order to expand his business and meet with clients and network with other people. Throughout the video Ryan discusses his day to day, and how he conducts his business, he is the founder and lead designer for his company GobySavvy. He discusses in the advances in technology which will ultimately lead to rapid communication. He shares his likes and dislikes about New York, a dislike being Times square and a like is the endless amount of possibilities for networking. He comes across interesting problems, due to not having an office because he adopts coffee shops as his office on the daily. The video also shows him trying to find a place to have a meeting with a high profile client, and he ends up going to a coffee shop to have the meeting.

I believe that the polychronic pattern is more suitable for Ryan. In the video there's an instance when he is trying to call a hotel to see if he can book a room for an hour to have a meeting with a high profile client. When the hotel tells him that they don't do that he just changes the plan to have the client meet him at a coffee shop. Looking into the digital nomad lifestyle and how they focus on running a business in a cheaper way, by going to coffee shops allows them to constantly move around from place to place.
Low Context vs. High Context communication
I would say low context. In the video Ryan mentions that the more technology advances it increases the amount of communication, making information more accessible to people all over the world at a faster rate. Which is beneficial to him because he is able to connect and network with different people all around the world that can incorporate different things into his company.
Low vs High face concerns.
I don't think this applies to this video, because he doesn't really discuss the topic of conflict or disagreement.
