Pollution In Georgia

One of the environmental problems today is air pollution. Air pollution is a mixture of solid particles and gases in the air (). Air pollution not only hit local but, is a major quality problem all over the world. Some of the main issues in Georgia are pollen, car emission, company pollution, and chemical waste. In the county I resided in pollen and emission is the high rated problem. The problem with air pollution is affecting the lives on earth causing health problems. I personal never had issues with pollen until moving to Georgia. Pollen is very heavy that you can see it on everything here during the seasons. When I lived in the Poconos the air was thinner from being in high elevation area but, the air had less pollution. The forest in the Poconos supplied clean air and a healthy environment with little population. In the southern states the temperature is higher. Many people also call it Indian weather. This is when the weather fluctuates throughout the seasons from the month of September to November. Many people do get sick during these season because, of the weather going from hot to cold so quickly.
The current air quality pollutant for Georgia is 81 which, is moderate. Moderate levels for air pollution are 51-100. Moderate is okay but, for people who have air sensitivity it can cause, little problems. Air quality level should be 0 to 50 for a good range. Any air pollution level that goes pass 100 pollutant particles is a health risk alert level. Individuals with lung disease, asthma, and even allergies can easily be affected by air pollution. Another main problem of concern in Georgia is emission control. Since the population continues to grow in Atlanta and congestion on traffic is always accruing.
