Reflection 4 For my professional presentation my group and I had the topic of teaching math, and social studies with picture books. Our objective was to find articles that will help us teach our lesson to the class. The two articles we chose were, Using Picture Books as a Vehicle to Teach Young Children about Social Justice, and Teaching Math with Picture Books, Part 1. We chose these two articles because they fit our topic. Another reason why we chose these articles are because they connect to today’s classroom.
