Persuasive Speech On Family Guy

20th Century Fox, I am writing to you to protest a cable show of yours I believe should be canceled. Your adult animated sitcom Family Guy, is a complete failure and I urge you to rethink running this show. Family Guy shows no sign of creativity and no sign of valuable content. It has no message and delivers a half an hour of obscenity. I will begin to explain in detail why I strongly believe you should cancel this show.

Family Guy is a procedural show that lacks creativity. For example the writers include music videos in each episode that are very unentertaining and become very repetitive. The writers include the videos to shorten the dialogue in the show. This is very unprofessional and uncreative. Instead of adding music videos why not give us more real entertaining material. If we wanted to watch music videos we would go on youtube. If the episode had a strong story and message they would not need to add pointless and irrelevant music videos to fill the half hour show.

Another serious issue of Family Guy is there offensive ridicule of some real celebrities. For example, Michael Jackson is repeatedly made fun of on Family Guy. The Michael Jackson jokes usually have

For example Peter Griffins wife Lois, was a traditional mother who was dedicated to the family and keeping the house together. As the seasons progress her character became a violent promiscuous women who is always searching for affairs on several occasions. Peter's personality changed drastically through the seasons, he went from a not so bright loving father, to a mean mentally challenged character who criticizes and humiliates his family.
