To start off animal testing should be banned because it is dangerous to animals. Animal testing is dangerous to animals because when scientists try these products out on these animals they don’t really know what is going to happen to them. An estimated 26 million animals are used every year in the United States fir various types of testing. These animals are used for scientific and commercial testing to develop medical treatments, determine toxicity of medications and chemicals, check the safety of products destined for human use and other biomedical or healthcare purposes. This testing on animals is cruel, inhumane and should be banned. It should be banned because the animals are held and live in inhumane conditions, it is harmful and at times lethal to the animals and there are other research method available that do not require animal testing.…

The first reason is that animal testing harms animals. For example, more than 100 million animals die every year due to chemical, drug, and food tests (Animal Testing 101). This is important information because that is a large amount of animals lost every year. Some of these things that people are testing animals on are not even necessary so animals could be dying for no good reason. Also, many animal tests are cruel procedures some include feeding dogs pesticides, forcing mice to inhale toxic fumes, and dripping corrosive liquid into rabbits’ eyes (Animal Testing 101). In addition, rabbit eyes are very sensitive and dripping chemicals in them can cause major damage and pain to the rabbit.…

What my opinion is that we should not have animal testing. All the make-up you see our products are used on animals before when even use them. Did you know that they don’t test on humans because that would be bad if they did because those humans might die. That's why we shouldn't test on animals because they die too and there human nature and the world change by killing or testing them.…

The first reason why we shouldn’t have animal testing is because animals are getting hurt or abused. “Over 100 million animals are burned, crippled, poisoned, and abused in US labs every year.” The chemicals that the people are using are burning or other worse things to them. The chemicals that they use on the animals could hurt or kill them. Over half of side effects cannot be detected in…

Animal testing on cosmetics should be banned. People are put in jail all the time for abusing their pets, but people are never put in jail for inhumane testing of cosmetics and other pharmaceuticals on these same animals. I have done a lot of research on animal testing and methods we can use that are more effective and don’t use animals through high school in my free time because of curiosity, so I know a lot of random facts about the harmful nature of this and alternative methods. Animals are being tortured to “help” make better medicine and, the majority of the time does not affect people the same way as animals. Animal testing is inhumane and ineffective the majority of the time, it should be banned.…

Animal testing has always been a big issue around the world. Some people think that it is okay for animals to be tested on while others don’t. What even is animal testing? Animal testing is where scientists find new medications and test them on the animals before humans. Why might scientists test them on animals first? So, that if something goes wrong, only the animal would suffer and not a human. I am a critic for animal testing. I believe that animals have a purpose to the world just as much as humans do. Even if people don’t like rodents, that doesn’t mean we need to try and potentially kill them. Animals are very important to this world just like everyone else.…

Animal testing has always been a dispute between people; some people think it’s morally wrong and some people think it helps with medical and scientific breakthroughs. Drugs that people use or cosmetics that are used could have been tested through animals before being stocked on shelves. About 800 animals are tested on before a drug is passed to clinical trials (“Is animal”). Many animals get tested on, but many like mice, rabbits, hamsters, monkeys, dogs, cats, pigs, and some other animals get tested on. Animals can be used to find new advances in medical treatment and check safety for products, but these animals that get tested on can go through pain and death. Animal testing is wrong and should be stopped because…

While some think that animal testing is useful, others think it should be stopped, and here I’m about to tell you a few reasons of why they think that. First, animal testing is cruel. Animals are strapped down to tables, and stabbed with needles time and time again. Many animals have died from being tested on, without any say in the matter. As Orlans says, the animals suffer from "vomiting, diarrhea, paralysis, convulsion, and internal bleeding. Since death is the required endpoint, dying animals are not put out of their misery by euthanasia". Secondly, animal testing has no benefits to humans. The pain they suffer from is no use to humans, especially if the treatments don’t work. "The American Veterinary Medial Association defines animal pain…

Animals are the next best test subjects that can prove products safe for use by people. I believe animal testing is a crucial aspect that benefits human society, though it must remain hidden in the shadows because the truth about animal testing is surrounded by myths and emotion, without a great deal of facts and applied critical thought. Animal testing has been used on many products that are all around you, especially medicine, and you should accept this point and be appreciative of the hardworking medical researchers that aim to keep us safe with their work and to understand that animal testing offers benefits to you and your loved…

In conclusion, it is important to know that animal testing should be banned for three reasons. It is inaccurate, cruel, and it delays the discovery of new treatments. While others argue that animal testing is beneficial, remember that animal testing is harmful to both animals and humans. If and when animal testing is banned, we will receive many benefits as well. Animal Testing Is Wrong

My first point of why animal testing is an unethical process is based on some of the brutal things that happen in the process of the testing. According to an online article titled "Animals Used for Experimentation | PETA.org", certain types of animals are used for different types of experimentation. Some well known animals that are used for testing are cats, dogs, mice, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, sheep, llamas, cattle, owls, deer, monkeys, and other primates. These are not, by any means, all of the animals that researchers use. These are only the most common.…
