Fall fishing season

This is mainly because fish come in large numbers to shallow waters to spawn during springtime, making them an easy catch to the experienced fisher. However, fishing is an activity that is popular at almost any time of the year. And, fishing during the fall season is very popular among anglers because of the ideal weather conditions for both the angler and the fish to rise to the surface.

Fall usually comes after September or early October in the US. The mornings are usually cool and the afternoons are comfortably warm, thus providing ideal fishing conditions. The air also is crisp and clean and has a fresh feeling to it. The best thing about fall is that the fish are at their beat behavior and fishing during this time usually leads to some awesome catch. Not only will you find a large quantity of fishes, but the quality of the fishes will be top notch too. This continues until the temperatures starts to fall drastically to give way to winter. Winter can prove to be a challenge for anglers. The fish become sluggish because of their drop in body temperature and their feeding patterns also alter.
