Personal Statement As An Early Childhood Educator

As an experienced childcare provider, I have developed a passion and personal commitment to helping my students succeed. I feel that my background as an educator is a perfect match for the open early childhood director position at Dee’s Delightful Day Care.
In my most recent childcare position at my in-home day care, I developed highly effective lesson plans, motivational exercises, and performance assessments. I’ve helped received positive feedback from parents and fellow childcare providers for my abilities in and outside of the classroom.
