Personal Narrative: Real Estate Broker
Real Estate Broker- The Right Choice It has come to my attention that I am growing up and I will soon need to choose a career path. As of now, I have about four and a half years to decide and outline my future. To some people, that may seem like a huge amount of time, but when you think about it, that isn’t much time. This is why I’ve decided the career path I would like to take, as of now that is. I will tell you my hobbies before my career choice so you can see that it is the perfect choice for me. One of my favorite things to do is cooking and baking because it gives you a chance to create anything you want. Recently, I did a cooking competition with my friends for fun, and I really enjoyed that. Another thing I enjoy doing is playing soccer because it is so much fun to be on a team and try to accomplish a goal- winning. I also like to do archery, and hunting because something about shooting a bow is so exhilarating. Most of the other things I have fun doing like, fishing, hiking, and swimming, are …show more content…
Houses just intrigue me, and I love the idea of looking inside of homes. The structure of a house is cool to notice, and examine. I took a couple of career surveys, and the results were teaching, giving advice, helping and being of service to people, architecture and construction and human services. Okay, so you’ve guessed it! My career choice is a real estate broker. There couldn’t be the better career choice that corresponds to all of these surveys. Real estate brokers involve teaching because when you tell the buyers features of the home, you are teaching them and also giving advice, human services, and being of service to people. Architecture and construction relate to a real estate broker career because without the construction, there wouldn’t be houses to

My favorite activity is baseball. It gives me lots of exercises. Baseball gives you lots of strength and fitness. It is not like the cross country where you burn hundreds of calories but it is a good exercise you run a total of 360 feet all around the base which sounds easy but when it matters like if you win or lose it matters. The different positions do different things I am a pitcher and a catcher. A pitcher is the leader of the field because you need to throw strikes and rely on your defense they will get outs. A catcher is like a manager. He can see anything he tells people where to go and sees if there is a problem. I also can socialize with my friends and meet new ones. That is why I like baseball so…

In my opinion Franklin D. Roosevelt says it best, “Real estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care… it is about the safest investment in the world.” To be successful in real estate I have to be able to put my clients’ interests and needs before mine. The benefits of homeownership I want to give people are, the benefit of privacy, the appreciation of the investment, and increased equity.…

The career path I have picked is to be an author, a teen author to be specific. An author who will write about real things, based on my teen years, and friends of mine. I would write about real issues, with a solution that can help another teen, in a similar situation. Becuase I know who I am, yet three years ago I didn't. And there was no one around to help me figure it out, so I turned to reading and writing. But I couldn't understand why every teen book included a love struck teen girl and a rebellious boy and even some vampires every now and then. I grew confused, wondering if that's how everyone's highschool life was, or maybe it was just popular people. But I grew up and I realzied everyone's life will not be a high school love story with a happy ending. There will be tears, and heartbreaks, and depression, and love. It won't be all rainbows and unicorns and sparkling vampires who sweep you off your feet. It'll be bad decisions and lousy test scores, and then there will be straight A's, but a fight with your ex best friend bcause she's dating your ex boyfriend, and you know they'll never last, but she wont listen to you. I want to help people, teens, discover who they are, and lead them to a passion that runs…

Talking about my hobbies, I enjoy dancing, singing, watching movies, hanging out more with my loved ones and shopping. Among all "music" is something that I really can't live without. During leisure times, especially when I'm alone, I even sing along to some music tracks and yes whenever I'm feeling low I love to shop with my siblings and friends. Besides, I also enjoy trying out new things cause you only get to live once and life's too short to waste it doing the same thing. I believe that "Life's isn't always a bed full of roses". And if you want to make it one, then you have to do things that you have never done before.…
